The Vision Leading process helps churches through the long, hard, “rubber meets the road” journey of implementing vision and pursuing God’s better future. Vision Leading Certified® Strategists coach teams through the complexities of reorienting systems, processes, structure, organization, and membership around the emerging vision.
Key highlights of this toolbox include:
- Leading Change: Tools and process to help teams understand what change will take and begin the work of alignment and integration.
- Strategic Leadership: Tools and exercises for preparing, deploying and understanding leaders and leadership structures to live out vision. How will you use vision to hire staff, recruit leaders, develop leaders, and structure the organization?
- Intentional Communication: Tools for shaping communicating with intentionality throughout key groups within the church and out into the community.
- Duplicatable Process: Tools and exercises for leaders to integrate the Vision Frame in practical and actionable ways that align ministry. For a leader, the maxim is true: it’s not about what you can do, but what you can duplicate. At some point the vision must transcend the skills and be deposited into the basic reproducible habits of the entire congregation. How do we assimilate, evangelize, and multiply?
- Compelling Environments: These tools spark conversation to apply vision to the physical environments of the church.
- Conscious Culture: Tools for leaders to build a culture of shared commitment to vision and practical pursuit of outcomes.
- Implementing Vision: Practical tools for decision making, ministry life cycles, and modification for alignment.
